Long standing progressive shortness of breath

Chest x-ray demonstrates extensive interstitial thickening

CT chest

Modality: CT

Right opacity pleuroapical  and some patchy areas of ground-glass density. Elements of septal fibrosis apicobasal gradient. Basal cylindrical bronchiectasis. No observed nodules or pleural effusion.

Esophageal dilation and  liquid containing with concentric wall thickening of the distal esophagus.
