35 year old male smoker.

Modality: CT

Case Discussion:

Widespread cystic lung disease with cysts of varying sizes and shape and relative sparing of the lung bases. Infrequent small solid nodules. 

In the context of patient demographics and imaging findings, Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis is the favoured diagnosis.
