Case Discussion:

A 20-year-old woman with a month of cough, fever, and weight loss. Chest radiograph shows multifocal patchy opacities in the right upper lobe with thickening and upward shift of the minor fissure. These findings are consistent with and confirmed to be pulmonary tuberculosis.
