There is a minimally-displaced fracture of the radial head with extension into the radiocapitellar joint. Alignment of the elbow is intact. No other fracture detected. There is a large elbow joint effusion. Slight irregularity of the medial epicondyle appears well-corticated and most likely represents degenerative change/old injury.
