Huge destructive bone lesion of the medial surface of the distal radius in an adult. Associated soft-tissue component. Generalized bone irregularity. Appearances are of an aggressive bone lesion with destruction.

Wrist pain and swelling are caused by a large destructive lesion in the distal radius which was pathologically confirmed to be a bone metastasis.
