There are a few cavitary lesions in the left lung with a small pseudoaneurysm arising from one of the segmental branches of the left pulmonary artery in the posterior wall of one of the cavities of the left upper lobe.

Multiple bronchiolar nodules showing tree-in-bud appearance are seen in the left lung and in right upper lobe.

Case Discussion

A small pseudoaneurysm is noted in the posterior wall of a thick-walled cavity in the left upper lobe. This patient was found to be sputum acid-fast bacilli (AFB) positive, the findings hence suggestive of Rasmussen aneurysm.
