Recurrent astrocytoma - MR Perfusion
This patient had a WHO grade II astrocytoma excised 4 years previously and demonstrates slowly increasing T2 singnal abnormality.
MR perfusion demonstrates increased blood volume in the regions of increased T2 consistent with the presence of tumour.
