ct

Right renal upper pole parahilar mass lesion with avid post-contrast enhancement, with the same density of aorta at all contrast phases. It is seen communicating with one of the segmental branches of the right renal artery, in keeping with renal artery aneurysm.

Few right renal simple cortical cysts are noted.

Case Discussion

Features of right renal artery aneurysm. It is hard to think of aneurysm on non-contrast scan. The arterial phase is the most important phase for detecting an aneurysm and identifying its connection with the native aretries.
