Discovery of renal mass on follow up US for a patient with liver cirrhosis

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Large solid mass arising from the upper portion of the right kidney showing areas of necrosis and enhancement with invasion of the right renal vein and abdominal lymphadenopathies. There is also liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, splenomegaly and ascites.
