Renal hydatid cyst

A well defined large cystic lesion is seen in mid and lower pole region of left kidney, with peripheral coarse rim calcification, and multiple daughter cysts within.
Case Discussion
Hydatid cyst may occur virtually anywhere in celomic cavities, as seen as intrarenal occurence in this case.
