Saccular abdominal aortic aneurysms

Patient Data

Age: 85
Gender: Male

Non-contrast CT scan as patient has renal dysfunction

Most atherosclerotic aneurysms of the abdominal aorta are fusiform but in this case there are 2 saccular aneurysms of the aorta.  There is nothing to suggest that the etiology here is anything other than atherosclerosis.
