Presentation

Sacral dimple. Neurologically normal. ex 27/40.

Patient Data

Age: 17 days
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Sacral dimple noted, directed towards but not extending to the coccyx. There is no sinus underlying the dimple. 

Case Discussion

Isolated sacral dimples are uncommonly associated with spinal dysraphisms such as tethered cord syndrome
