Presentation

This pregnant woman presented for routine antenatal care.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Ultrasound scan shows a 28 week male fetus with a huge solid hypervascular buttock mass. The mass causes  bilateral hydronephrosis in the fetus.

Case Discussion

Two weeks later, she came again with an abdominal pain due to an unsafe abortion, the second ultrasonography scan revealed IUFD(not shown here). A cesarean section was performed due to history of prior cesarean delivery and the confirmed diagnosis of sacrococcygeal  teratoma in the present scan.
