Presentation

Fatigue and short of breath

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Bilateral hilar, right paratracheal (Garland triad) and aortopulmonary lymphadenopthy. Clear lungs. Findings in keeping with stage I sarcoidosis.

Case Discussion

Markedly enlarged hilar nodes in case of sarcoidosis typically do not abut the cardiac border, which is a useful sign to differentiate from lymphoma.
