T2 hyperintense and T1-hypointense lesion with intense contrast enhancement arising from a cutaneous branch of the medial plantar nerve.
Case Discussion
Other than Morton's neuroma, which is mostly fibrotic and hypovascular, true nerve sheath tumors display long relaxation times and avid enhancement.
