Scrotal pearls within a small hydrocele

Left tunica vaginalis shows a small amount of hydrocele with fine turbidity and few minimal incomplete septae as well as harboring a few small freely mobile echogenic foci in the dependent position. On color doppler interrogation it shows twinkle artifacts denoting calcifications
Normal left testis, epididymis, and hemiscrotal wall.
Case Discussion
Few small free stones within the left scrotum correspond to scrotoliths also known as scrotal pearls, an incidental finding. These calcifications have no clinical significance
