Sebaceous cyst - breast

This is the typical appearance on ultrasound sebaceous cyst breast. The lesion is directly deep to the skin with variable degrees of hypoechoic contents and sometimes low level internal echoes. This image shows the "nipple" extending towards the skin surface.
