Case Discussion:

Patient with known oesophageal cancer.

CT demonstrates multiple hepatic, nodal and lung metastases (the latter not shown), as well as an enhancing nodule in the umbilicus. A metastatic lesion in the umbilicus is eponymously referred to as a Sister Mary Joseph nodule.
