Case Discussion:

A fifty eight years old male was referred for evaluation of chronic back pain.MR revealed a well defined 1.8 x 1.5 cms. cystic lesion behind T3 cord.The cyst content had the signal intensity similar to C.S.F in all pulse sequences.
