Paresis of lower limbs and severe pain blocking deambulation.

 L4-L5 segment discitis associated with bilateral large psoas abscess.

Case Discussion

Spondylodiscitis is characterized by infection involving the intervertebral disc and adjacent vertebrae.

The abscesses were drained percutaneously guided by CT.
