Background aplastic anaemia

Patient Data:

Age: Adult
Race: Other
Modality: CT

Large haematoma centred on the anterior body of the
corpus callosum with associated intraventricular blood, early hydrocephalus and
a small amount of subarachnoid blood in either side of the falx. With no underlying vascular malformation, pseudoaneurysm or underlying enhancing mass lesion. Likely secondary to aplastic anaemia
