Presentation

Sudden onset of right sided chest pain, sats of 85%

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Large right sided pneumothorax. Collapse of all lobes, there is a slight shift to the left indicating minor tension. 

30 minutes later

x-ray

The second projection 30 minutes after shows a complete collapse of the right lung and a small collection of pleural fluid.
