Predominantly cystic mass arising from pelvis measuring 13 x 8 x 9 cm in the pelvis containing fat.
Along the anterior aspect of the mass was a moderately enhancing nodule measuring 5 x 2 cm in contact with the fundus of the urinary bladder with loss of intervening fat plane suggestive of infiltration.
