Known dissecting type B aneurysm under medical treatment. Follow-up by MR angiography.

Dissecting aneurysm extending from the descending thoracic aorta down to the left common iliac artery.

The coronal Coronal CE-MRA source image demonstrates contrast entering into the false lumen.
