Bilateral lower pole renal calculi and a huge burden of calculi within the mid right ureter - Steinstrasse

Case Discussion:

This is an extreme example of steinstrasse - literally meaning a street of stones in German.  It looks just like a cobblestone path.  The ureter has numerous small calculi one on top of the other to give this appearance.
