Axial C+ arterial phase
Hypoattenuation in the territory of the left anterior descending artery. Slight thinning of the myocardium, which bulges outwards indicating hypokinesis/akinesis. Heavy calcification of the LAD and right coronary artery.
The patient had a history of myocardial infarction two weeks prior.
