Presentation

Right submandibular pain and swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

A round-shaped hyperdense stone measuring about 3 x 4 mm is seen within the proximal portion of the right submandibular duct (Wharton).

The right submandibular gland is mildly enlarged (compared to the left side), with homogeneous CT density.

Multiple enlarged deep cervical lymph nodes.
