Presentation:

Painful arm following a fall from monkey-bars.

Patient Data:

Age: 5 years
Gender: Male
Race: Caucasian
Modality: X-ray

A joint effusion with sail sign and an anterior cortical supracondylar breach is present.

Anterior cortical breach indicated by white arrow. Anterior humeral line continues to intersect the mid point of the capitellum.
