US - Full thickness tear of supraspinatus tendon.
Full thickness tear of subscapularis tendon with medial dislocation of long head biceps.
Fatty infiltration of supraspinatus, infraspinatus, deltoid muscles. Intact infraspinatus tendon.
Cyst within supraspinatus.
Acromian spur.
