50 year old female had a chest X ray for uveitis. What is this tubing on the chest. If there is history of Chiari I malformation and sub occipital craniectomy will it help in making the diagnosis?

The tube is ending in the right pleura. The tubing is smaller in caliber.
Cervical spine MRI had previously shown a Chiari I malformation, surgery for it with suboccipital craniectomy and the proximal tip is in the cervical spinal cord syrinx. There is also anterior cervical spinal fusion hardware.
