Presentation

Tripped. Pain and difficulty weightbearing.

Patient Data

Age: 30
Gender: Female
No fracture or malalignment. Appearance of a non-osseous coalition or false articulation between the lateral malleolus and lateral talus. In addition there is a prominent additional contour over the calcaneum in the lateral projection raising the possibility of a talo-calcaneal coalition.
