Film performed to assess for renal tract calculi in the context of right flank pain.

Linear air-filled structure with the distal end near the pubic symphysis extending to the left.

Annotated image

Air trapped within the tampon (sanitary wear for females).

It is trapped within the cotton composition of the tampon, which is present here as an incidental finding.
