Presentation
Sudden onset of calf pain while playing - 4 days back. H/o snapping. Game was not tennis. Followed by local calf swelling.

There is fluid collection between medial head of gastrocnemius and soleus muscle measuring 70 x 45 x 8mm (CC x TV x AP).
There is no Baker’s cyst.
Popliteal artery and vein are patent.
