Testicular mass

Case Discussion:

35 M. C/o right scrotal swelling for last 60 day. Pain was present in first few days.

Large mass lesion in right scrotal sac. Right testis - epididymis not separately identified. 

Arterial and venous flow within the lesion.

No para-aortic or inguinal lymphadenopathy is seen on USG.

High orchiectomy done.

HP - Teratoma.
