Presentation
Acute onset, non-traumatic origin of right hemiscrotal pain. 3 days in duration. One day of right hemiscrotal edema. No pain on day of ultrasound

Testicular torsion and infarction

Right testis is mildly enlarged, diffusely hypoechoic with heterogeneous echopatten without vascularity. Left testis shows normal echopattern and vascularity.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound findings suggested right testicular torsion and infarction. Surgical exploration revealed so called 'black' testis. Orchiectomy was performed.
