Partially delineated mediastinal mass (anterior mediastinum) with regular borders, bulging the left upper mediastinal contour.

Chest CT

Modality: CT

Case Discussion:

This is the most common anterior mediastinal tumor in adults, usually detected between the sixth and seventh decades of life. 

Most thymomas are asymptomatic.
