Presentation

Cyanosis.

Patient Data

Age: 10 weeks
Gender: Female
x-ray

Frontal chest radiograph demonstrates increased pulmonary vascularity. Cardiac silhouette is mildly enlarged. 

Case Discussion

The differential diagnosis in cyanotic patients would include TGA, truncus arteriosus, TAPVR, and single ventricle morphologies. 

On echocardiography (not shown) d-TGA was confirmed with the aorta anterior to the pulmonary artery, o'clock and 5 o'clock respectively. 

The patient underwent Jatene arterial switch procedure.
