Moderately extensive tree-in-bud is identified in both lower lobes, which is more prominent on the right.
Extensive bronchiectasis is identified in the right upper lobe, the right middle lobe and the inferior lingular segment. Both lower lobes are also noted to have bronchiectasis anteriorly and laterally.
