Central opacity at upper chest zone on frontal view with corresponding soft tissue swelling involving anterior chest wall on the lateral view.

Anterior superior right chest wall abscess involving the pectoralis muscles, anterior mediastinum and thymus with invasion and destruction of the manubrium sterni. No involvement of the ribs or clavicles. Lungs clear.
