Dilated, thick walled small bowel with thickening of the large bowel wall also.

Case Discussion:

The abdominal film demonstrates subacute small bowel obstruction with mucosal thickening of the small and large bowel.  Dilatation of the small bowel.

Additional right upper lobe fibrosis with a previous history of TB. Laparoscopically proven to be gastrointestinal TB.
