The working diagnosis prior to CT imaging was of a haemopoietic malignancy

Marked omental thickening and multiple enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes
The imaging appearances were confirmed with an ultrasound guided biopsy, which confirmed the prescence of caseating granulomas and AFFB were identified.
