A 12 year old female presented to hospital with non-specific symptoms and a cervical lymph node

Gender: Female
Race: Asian

The working diagnosis prior to CT imaging was of a haemopoietic malignancy

The imaging appearances were confirmed with an ultrasound guided biopsy, which confirmed the prescence of caseating granulomas and AFFB were identified.
