Uncommon scrotal hernial content.

 A new born child was referred for evaluation of a large scrotal mass.Ultrasound showed  left hydronephrosis, herniation of the left uerter into the scrotum.

Scrotum showed bilateral hydrocoel with a tubular structure in the left inquinal hernial sac.

A C.T. scan abdomen  plain and contrast studies confirmed the presence of left ureter in the left side of scrotum. The left ureter made a loop inside the scrotum before entering the bladder.Reconstructed coronal and sagittal images confirm the finding.
