Anterolateral displacement of the right temporomandibular joint disc without recapture on mouth opening, the disc becoming distorted.
At maximum opening of the mouth, the head of the left articular process of the lower jaw is displaced beyond the apex of the tubercle by 4 mm.
Other findings: the right maxillary sinus is filled almost entirely with secretions.

Right temporomandibular anterolateral disc displacement without recapture and hypermobility of the left temporomandibular joint.
