Presentation:

65 year old male with Ca pancreas - with metastatic adenopathy causing obstructive jaundice and upper GI bleed due to tumor erosion into posterior wall of stomach

Modality: DSA (angiography)

Case Discussion:

Left gastric arterial territory is embolised with PVA particles - 200micron size

The left gastric artery was arising from the left hepatic artery.

Coeliac axis is giving off the left inferior phrenic artery in this patient.
