Case Discussion
A flake of calcification is seen in Hoffa's fat pad and there is inhomogeneous soft tissue haziness in the region replacing normal fat density.
US - Vascular channels are noted in Hoffa's fat pad and around knee.
Patient pointed to a soft tissue bulge in foot near the 1st metatarsal head. It shows multiple vascular channels.
