Vein of Galen malformation

CT scan shows an enlarged midline vascular structure in the pineal region. There are also numerous enlarged vessels in basal cistern which supplying this vascular structure.
Case Discussion
Findings are in keeping with vein of Galen malformation, although this is very uncommon in adults, usually presenting in early childhood. Further imaging with angiography is required to assess the exact anatomy.
