Distal fibular fracture (Weber C), which is posterolaterally displaced. Lateral talar shift with medial clear space widening indicating deltoid ligament rupture. An undisplaced posterior malleolus fracture is also present.
Case Discussion
This combination of distal fibular, deltoid ligament rupture, and posterior malleolus fracture is equivalent to a trimalleolar fracture.
