Description

One day radiology-based anatomy course at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne presented by radiologists Dr Craig Hacking and Dr Andrew Dixon. All course modules and interactive quizzes are designed to emphasize important radiographic anatomy relevant to health professionals. Surgical and pathological correlation is included throughout and particular focus is given to cross-sectional anatomy and anatomical variants.

Presenters

Dr Craig Hacking (@drcraighacking) is a radiologist and Director of Training at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with a special interest in trauma and emergency radiology. He is a managing editor and past anatomy editor for Radiopaedia.org and has been involved in teaching and examining anatomy to undergraduates, medical students, surgeons and radiologists for over a decade. Craig is on the executive committee for the Australian and New Zealand Emergency Radiology Society (ANZERG) and has spoken at the Annual Conference of Australian and New Zealand Association of Clinical Anatomists.

Dr Andrew Dixon (@DrAndrewDixon) is a radiologist at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne. He is recognized both locally and internationally as an engaging radiology educator. In addition to his managing editor role with Radiopaedia.org, Andrew has founded the Radiology Channel on YouTube and the Radiology Signs social media project. He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of the American College of Radiology.
