Gallbladder pseudolithiasis induced by cephalosporin

Discussion:

A child with fever had an ultrasound. The USG showed sludge in the gallbladder. The patient was on a cephalosporin-class agent pre-USG.

Follow up ultrasound one week after discontinuation of the agent showed the absence of gall bladder sludge/pseudolithiasis.
