Presentation:
Young boy, a known case of pelvic rhabdomyosarcoma was operated and had also received pelvic radiotherapy soon presented with urinary incontinence and dribbling of urine through anus. A barium enema/ voiding cystourethrogram was asked for to rule out any pathology.
